You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You may not use TradeShield for any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months. The setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.
You own your data at all times. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You can export or delete your data at any time.
TradeShield is provided as a compliance aid. We are not liable for any HMRC penalties, lost contracts, or other losses arising from use or non-use of the platform. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
